Web App won't start

I am using a Chromebook.

My web version of Lightroom no longer loads.

I have logged out and logged in and nothing changed.

I have three dots in the middle of the screen, and everything just stops there.

Again, this used to work.

On a Chromebook it is possible to run Lightroom two ways:

1. Download the Android App

or

2. Run Lightroom in a web browser
