Depends on what you mean with this question. When you add photos to Lightroom CC, they will be stored in the cloud. You can save a local copy as well if you want to. You can set that in the preferences.

To check what is uploaded to the Cloud the best place is Photo Editor | Online Photoshop Lightroom

Can you see anything when you log in there?

Ok thanks, so the next question would be ....... how can I send a copy of

it to someone else or just print it out? Apologies in advance for my

ignorance.

I'm not sure what you are trying to do, but that link is not for saving an image to your desktop. Like I said, you should use 'File - Save to...'.

I didn't mean to imply that that link was for saving an image to the desktop. I only suggested it as an alternative for sending the image to someone else (via the web).

OK I've got that one now. Thanks. The frustrating one is trying to save it

(where??) and then print out. If I can't save it on the desktop, where's

the best place to save it?

Don't know why you can't save it on the desktop. But choose a folder, or create a folder and choose it as the destination. The destination is up to you. I use Windows 10, and I can save images on the desktop from Lightroom CC.

This is what puzzles me as I use Windows 10 also but it’s not allowing me to put it on the desktop. I’ve tried creating another folder and L/R cc won’t do that either. ☹️

Thanks for your patience.......technology drives me a bit crazy!!! All I

want to do is save it 'somewhere'?? (whats the best place?) and then a)

forward the image on to a friend as well as b) printing it out via my

printer so I can use it as a reference for my art.

It is possible to send a link to the image to someone else by clicking on this icon:

There are no printing capabilities yet in Lightroom CC.

Well that makes sense now, the fact there are no printing capabilities yet in CC. Thank you.  I will try using that link as each time I try and save it e.g. into 'Pictures' or on desktop, it's just doesn't work?
