Where are new features?

Got email this morning that LR/CC has an update which adds Tone Curves, Split toning, Auto Adjust, and full screen.  I opened my Adobe Cloud app, and installed the new version and launched the program.  According to the Help menu it is version 1.1 (20171201-1016-60550c6 Build). 

Where are the new features?

At the top of the Light panel is a button to show/hide the Tone Curve. Split Toning's a button in Effects panel.

According to the Help | Updates my Lr CC is up to date. Checking updates with the creative cloud desktop app shows no updates.

However - the tone curve option is NOT available.

Have you tried this:
In Adobe Creative Cloud click on the three verticals dots then select "Check for Updates"

No I had not. Seen no reason since the app clearly showed "no updates"
