Why does my Lightroom for iPad crash when I try to add photos from my camera device?  This just started happening in the past week, after installing the most recent update.

Hi,

thank you for contacting us.
When it occurs, how many images are you tryign to import? What type of memory card/camera are you trying to get the images from?

The crash that you are mentioning, on what device and OS version does it occur?
Are you on the latest iOS version?

Does it crash when you are in the foreground with the app or does it happen if you go to another app and back?
If you restart your device, does it still occur as easy?

Dear Ignacio,

Thank you for your email reply. I’m trying to import 172 images from my
compact flash card. Lightroom crashes within a few seconds of reading the
cf card from my iPad Air 4th generation and the most recent iOS version
16.3.1. I just now restarted my device and the crash occurred as soon as I
selected the photos to import.

What size is the CF card and how many images does it have on it?
Any info about camera type and image types would be very helpful.

Since there was an iOS 16.5 release last week, I assume it doesn't help?
