whenever i try opening up lightroom, i get this message.

1. Please check if you can log in to Adobe on the web (https://adobe.ly/43SV1Z8).
• Switching to another network (e.g., mobile hotspot) to test.
• Restarting your router & system.
2. Check Antivirus or Firewall Settings. Are you using Windows Defender or any third-party antivirus/firewall, as these can sometimes block access to Adobe services? If yes, add the Adobe network endpoints to your firewall/antivirus whitelist, as listed here: https://adobe.ly/43QYJCy
If the issue still persists, please provide:
• Your operating system (Windows/Mac + version).
• Your Lightroom version number.
• Did this start recently, or has it never worked on your system?
