Your subscription has ended: Renew today, error message in Lightroom

Qué tal comunidad, por tercera vez, Adobe Lightroom me lanza el mensaje de que mi suscpripción expiró, lo cual no es cierto, pues mi plan se renueva mensualmente; además, en mi cuenta se refleja que tengo la suscripción activa. ¿Alguien sabe a qué se debe esto?

Can you please check and let us know when the plan was renewed? Would you mind DMing us your Adobe ID?

Please re-login to the account.
Launch the Creative Cloud desktop app. Select the Account icon in the upper right, then select Sign out. In the next screen, sign in again with your Adobe ID and password. For detailed instructions, see Sign in to activate your Adobe apps.

 

Let us know if it works.

Thanks for sharing the details. I have checked your account and see Lightroom 1TB plan is active. Did you try signing out and re-signing into the account?
