P: Batch add custom Borders (Mobile)

Hi all,

Is it just me, or was anyone else hoping the latest Lightroom Mobile update would finally include an option to export multiple photos with a border?

It’s something I’ve been waiting for, and I thought this update might have addressed it — but I’m not seeing the feature.

Anyone know if this is available now or still missing?

Hi @Josue_Emile6373, Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the community! 

Unfortunately, the latest version does not include a built-in feature to add borders to multiple photos during export. However, thank you for submitting this idea.

There is a way to work around this limitation by creating a Border Preset.

• Edit one photo with a border using Post-Crop Vignetting or custom aspect ratio framing.
• Save it as a preset.
• Apply this preset to other photos manually before exporting.

Hi everyone,

I am experiencing an issue when exporting images from Adobe Lightroom CC on my iPhone:

• I would like to use the "add frame and share..." function from Lightroom to have a white frame around my images
• When I select more than five images that I would like to export, I no longer get the option to save the images to my device
• When I select five or fewer images, the “save image” option is still available.

My environment:

• Device: iPhone 12
• Operating system: latest iOS
• Lightroom version: latest available version

Is this a known behavior, or is it a bug?

Is there any way to export more than five images with frames directly to my iPhone?

Batch export with border is now available on Lightroom on mobile (Android) starting v10.5 & later. The support for iOS will arrive soon.
