Hello, I have a problem. I bought a plan for 12.09 eu / month, still in the summer. But until now, is being deducts money from me every month, and so far I have not received any product serial number. In the Bank, the money is deducted for this product: COMMODITY 5167934000192110 2017.11.14 12.09 EUR (590466) ADOBE PHOTOGPHY PLAN D24 ADOBE.COM. What should I do ?

    There are no serial numbers for subscriptions. You just log into your Adobe.com account to download the software and sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
