That isn't a great user experience, we're sorry to hear about this. Please explain the issue you're facing in more detail with a brief description of your workflow.
Are you getting any error message and if yes, when exactly are you getting it?
Which version of Lightroom are you using and on which device(mobile or desktop)? We are here to help, just need some info.

My files are uploaded to Dropbox and I create my catalog from there. I have never had problems then suddenly on 8-13 Lightroom quit synching. I haven't received any error messages.
