I bought the premium fltr and since the last week I could import there my photos  and edit them. Now I downloaded the Lightroom, I followed all the steps that make them work together but nothing happens to my photos 


The placement of the Presets button recently changed in Lightroom Mobile's Edit view.  If that change is not the reason you cannot find your Presets, please read through the advice here: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/using/lost-photos-presets-lightroom-mobile.html

    2025: Adding here in case anybody is searching in 2025 for purchases Presets in Lightroom App.

     

    Go to Presets - Click on Top Right More Options Button (three dots (•••) - Manage Presets - Yours - User Presets - Toggle On - Done 

     

    Go back to Yours - User Presets and you can now access your purchased presets

    to edit your photos.

    In the mobile app, the Presets tab has moved to the forth table over on the bottom, instead of near the end of the tabs on the right.  It is the forth over from the left.  When you open it, click on "Yours."  They should hopefully all be there.  🤞

    Today all my presets (purchased ones) are no longer on the app! Where did they go and how do I get them back?

      i have Creative Cloud all apps month plan, and now in Lightroom mobile don't appear the presets.

       

      can anybody help me?

        For me the same. All my saved presets are away. I really hope to get them back, I payed for them!

        I just got into Lightroom to start editing a photo and all of the presets I paid for and downloaded are gone! I went to every option to see if they were moved and none can be found! I spent a lot on those presets ! Please tell me this can be fixed...

          I too realized this yesterday; however, none of my presets are under the Library tab as explained. How can I fix this?

          I had a subscription that wasn't related to presets and now I am not paying for the subscription because I don't need it but all my presets just disappeared and are gone now. What can I do???

          The Presets and Profiles buttons moved locations on the Edit toolbar.  Presets is just in a different location.  And all your existing presets are still there -- the UI has changed a little, and next to the Premium presets tab, your existing presets can now be found under the Library tab.

          Hi Charlie!

          Could you please show on screenshot where can we find our presets, which have been gone after update? I have got only app light room version and from yesterday I cannot see my custom presets.. Unfortunatelly, no back up has been made 😞
