Does anyone know if you can apply all settings of a preset through a mask? i.e. leaving the rest of the image unedited?

Thanks,

Ben

No, you can't do that. Lightroom does have masking abilities in the Adjustment brush, the Graduated filter and the Radial filter, but it does not have the ability to mask the general edits because it does not work with layers. You will have to try to mimic the edits of that preset in the Adjustment brush.
