Green/Gray pictures

Hello! I'm having a very frustrating problem that started this evening and I'm having issues resolving it. I did a shoot today, came home and edited and everything seemed just like normal. After editing, I attempted to share some of the files when all of a sudden the pictures were ruined with a grayish/greenish hue! I have been using lightroom for a long time, paid for it at Best Buy (so no bootleg) and have never ran into such an issue. Posted below is a screenshot of the problem.             The top image is what I edited and is a screenshot out of lightroom. The bottom image is the file after I try to share it.

    Hi Nathang77403438,

Sorry that you're images are getting a strange gray/green tint while sharing or exporting them from Lightroom CC.

Could you please let us know the exact version of Lightroom CC you're using and the operating system you're working on?

To start narrowing the root cause, the most basic troubleshooting is to ensure that your monitor color profile is not the culprit, please refer this article and check that the monitor color profile is not corrupt: https://www.lightroomqueen.com/how-do-i-change-my-monitor-profile-to-check-whether-its-corrupted/

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks,

    Akash

Also, when viewing the file in windows picture viewer, it's what I wanted in the top. I attempted to share it through messenger when I initially got the gray/green look. Thinking it was something with the app, I transferred the file directly to my phone, from laptop to phone, it changed the picture the exact same way.
