HELP synced to desktop and lost ALL presets and photos

Question

Hi guys! I was using the app on my phone, decided to try & use the desktop app for better editing. I downloaded it on desktop, logged in with my same username then when I went back into my phone app I lost EVERYTHING... All presets & photos gone =(

Is there a way to fix this!?

Hi there,

Sorry that you've lost access to your synced assets from Lightroom on your mobile as you've just started using Lightroom on your desktop.

It seems that you created a new catalog on desktop and started syncing it, which in turn overwrites the existing catalog.

Please let us know if you think you've mistakenly started syncing a new catalog. Also, are you seeig your images on Lightroom web? Link: https://lightroom.adobe.com/
