In LR CC, is there a way to prioritize photos for cloud syncing?

I upgraded to the 1TB plan and it's currently in the process of uploading all of my photos, about 500GB worth.  Eventually they're all going to be up there, but in the meantime I'd like it to prioritize the most recent photos first for syncing.  Does anyone know if that's possible?

    I think the only way to do this is manually. On import, after clicking review for import you can select which photos to import and deselect others. At present I import one folder at a time which involves more work than importing everything but it means I can create a named album for each batch.

    As 99jon suggests, rather than select all and import... sort and prioritize and then import in batches.
