Lightroom CC video support

It is hard to find a straight answer to this due to Adobe's naming conventions and old answers from previous lightroom versions.

Does Lightroom CC (the online-centric version) support videos?

This includes:

1) Adding videos into Lightroom CC from the desktop, having them sync to the cloud, and being able to view them on a phone or other device.

AND

2) Taking videos on a phone, having them sync to lightroom CC in the cloud, then having them available on the desktop and other devices.

And a bonus question:

3) How well does Lightroom CC handle "special" phone camera shots like "burst photos", slow motion, etc.   Does a burst photo of 30 pictures upload 30 different pictures, or is it smart enough to bundle them into a single shot?

Thanks for your time to answer.   Normally I would figure it out myself, but again, it is impossible to google/search for it because of so many variations of "lightroom" "cc" and "mobile".
