Lightroom Mobile stuck on sync

Hey,

maybe somebody can help me here (after waiting 3 hours in support chat). Tried to add new pictures in my Lightroom Mobile, but its impossible - it shows "Sync", but importing the pictures isnt happening. Can maybe someone know how to fix this?
