lightroom won't let me login

I have just downloaded and installed Lightroom and bought the plan and it keeps asking me to login and I reseted my password as well. I know everything else is right it just keeps asking me to login and won't let me use the app. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and it still isn't working! Help me please!
