"Unable to move some photos"

After recently updating my Lightroom CC, I keep getting the following message.

If I click "resume later" I just getting a spinning blue wheel and none of my photos show up.

If I click "try again" the same message pops up.

How do I fix this/recover my photos?

Hi Morgan

What were you moving exactly? Before doing anything check all originals remain in the cloud. Log-in from a browser using the link below.

@99jon Thank you. I was not trying to move anything, I just updated Lightroom and this was the result when it reopened.

All originals remain in the cloud, they just will not open on the desktop version.

I would suggest re-installing. Then everything should download automatically from the cloud.

Launch Creative Cloud and go to the apps tab and scroll down to Lightroom

Click on the dropdown arrow to the right of “Open” and choose manage, then click uninstall

Keep the saved prefs and when the uninstall finishes re-start your computer.

Launch Creative Cloud and click the install button.
