Saving photos on the Lightroom app before logging out

Hi,
I have 2 accounts with Adobe, one has a paid sub for Lightroom.

I am currently logged into the free one on my Lightroom app. If I log out will I lose the existing edited photos? What's the best way to store edited photos for the future, so that I can proceed with the paid account on both app and desktop?
Thanks

The free account stores photos locally on your device. Logging out should not delete them, but do not uninstall the app, because that does delete them! If you then log into the paid account, then the local photos should be synced to the cloud and become available on all other synced devices.

If you want to make sure that nothing goes wrong, then first export the photos that are in the free account.
