submodel does not exist: catalog

Hi all,

I have downloaded Lightroom CC and started the trial. When lightroom opens i get a box that says submodel does not exist: catalog. I click ok then I get a box that says can only init the OraginzeModule once. When I click ok I end up with the header bar that has file edit and help tabs but lightroom cc not actually working.

Can anyone help with this please?

    Hi BradPS,

    Sorry that you're getting error message "submodel does not exist: catalog" while opening Lightroom CC trial.

    I've not seen this similar issue before and suspect that you have a corrupt install instance of the app. Reinstalling the app would be a logical suggestion. However, I'd like to know the system info from Lightroom CC. Could you please copy the Help>>System info reprot and share it with us?

    Hi Akash,

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled lightroom cc several timesand I still get the same error. System info is not giving me any info.

    I have purchased a subscription and lightoom classic cc works fine.
