Mixamo animations licence - game mods

Hi, I'd like to know if the Mixamo character animations license covers game mods? I've tried googling but can't find any detailed text about the license and how you can use the assets.

The closest I've found to an answer is in the FAQ but it doesn't make explicit mention of game Mods and I'm worried they'll class it as redistribution of assets.

In the game mod, the animations will be in a different format that only works in that game engine, so it's not like I'd be redistributing the FBX files. But I'd just like to get confirmation that I'll be able to do it before I put the work into converting them all.

you can goto Steam to find an old free copy of Fuse along with the licence terms but basically you are not going to get any helpful info from Adobe because they didn't make Mixamo and have actually taken the licence terms page down to toss in the bin

Mixamo and Fuse share the same licence and it boils down to yes you can use the products to make projects {games, Images, Vids etc} as long as you don't allow the assets to be easy removed i.e, if someone wants character X from Mixamo they should download it themselves but as long as character X is imbeded inside the game [image or whatever] i.e, not just on her own then you are covered

so in your example character X in the mod files should be fine but not as a stand alone copy of what you downloaded from Mixamo
