It's covered under usage. You're not selling the model or the motion capture data.  You're commercially selling the image (animation) that is the result of using Mixamo in your workflow.

Hello, I was wondering if this would apply to creating an in-game avatar for my game. Am I allowed to sell the character as an In-App Purchase, but it just uses a mixamo character model? I'm not just selling the model, it's an actual character in the game.

The generic answer is 'no'. You cannot resell the template data from Mixamo.
But if you are creating custom data from the Mixamo assets, there has not been a definitive prohibition.

i meant that they would not be for sale in game, but they will be part of the commercial game. Is this allowed?
