Mixamo wont allow me to upload my model at all. "Sorry we had trouble receiving your upload."

When I get to the upload a character screen and try to upload the file (I've tried all 3 acceptable formats) The progress bar begins to move slowly and then starts over until it eventually fails, with the message "Sorry we had trouble receiving your upload." PLEASE HELP!

I think this started after the recent update on the website. Please do not worry, we're aware of this error and I can see that the team is working on it and checking the reports. Once we've narrowed down what is causing it, we'll roll out another patch on the webpage to resolve this. This is a temporary issue.

So I guess, it will be fixed in a hopefully short time

It's the same with me. Whether it's obj or fbx, they all show that there are issues with the requests. Then, there are too many requests for downloading the model. Even in the comment section, they say it doesn't work. I hope the official team can solve the problem as soon as possible

Searched google for this issue and didn't expect to find such recent posts. It was working for me about two days ago,. tried another model last night and thats when I noticed this issue. I even tried uploading the same fbx file I had just used a day or two prior and same issue.

Does anyone of you has another solution for quick auto rigging & weighting? Mixamo is so quick and good if it works.. I've tried AccuRIG yesterday, but got creepy results in the hands and there is a maxmimum of 600 k faces/polygons, which is way to small for my needs.. Maybe a good AI solution that works well?

the same as putting the points on the strategic points of the body that
initiate the Rig process.
