Mixamo wont allow me to upload my model at all. "Sorry we had trouble receiving your upload."

When I get to the upload a character screen and try to upload the file (I've tried all 3 acceptable formats) The progress bar begins to move slowly and then starts over until it eventually fails, with the message "Sorry we had trouble receiving your upload." PLEASE HELP!

Does it really work at you guys? I can now upload a model, but no matter, what kind of model I upload, I get the two error messages "Error occured on rig: Unknown error while generating motion" and "Oops! Please place all markers on the character!".. but all markers are placed???

Anyone the same error?

but not working on a FBX mesh made of separated objects, witch use to work
in the past...

and another problem actually going on :

Before posting this note I have waited 10 minutes , and this is still in
the " LOADING " step.

and since this conversation is open : what about adding some Motion
capture ? ;)) Am I right in thinking that this wonderful resource
place has been around for what ... around 10 years-ish ? ... would be
awesome to get more fun dance and surprising motion capture moves ? :))

one selfish guy used 6 accounts and a script like addon on github to spam download animations. now the entire system is down. saw it on reddit. he should be banned fr

Уже три дня чинят. Для крупной организации, с сервисом используемым по всему миру, явно затянуто. Кроме того, насколько я понял сайт сломался очередным патчем. Как они его вообще пропустили без тестирования?

hopefully google translated your phrase correctly, but yeah i think that is crazy Adobe shouldn't take so much time to fix it. if you buy mixamo to not care about it then just don't buy it.

Currently having the same issue, waited for over 48 hours now, nothing works and every time i try downloading an animation it says "too many requests"

PLEASE fix this ASAP. If you wanna make it a paid software then do it but don't get rid of this useful software, it's so useful even with its flaws

seems like adobe changed the accounts page from accounts.adobe.com to account.adobe.com. accounts.adobe.com doesn't resolve any more. Adobe, what's up? This is meesing with mixamo!
