Uknown Error Occoured while auto rigging

I am trying to auto rig a character that I bought for blender. Whenever I put all the points on all the right spots on the character and click next a message appears. "Error Occured on rig: Uknown Error while generating motion. Oops! Please place all markers on the character. Anybody know how I can fix this?

the arms are not clear of the body... personally i would use the free Adobe stock model

Do you know if I am able to change the model to clear the arms? So like I am supposed to make it into a T-pose. I need this model for an animation

its a terrible designed model but yes if you edit it to be in Tpose or even just clean up the extra so to have a clear gap in A pose... like I said, use a different model is my advice
