After selection is active, I cannot use the generative fill button. It's visible, but greyed out...

I already switched from german language to english without success.. Please advice. Thanks !

Yes, multiple tries, thanks. I already had an account set up and I've searched high and low to enter date of birth, don't see where to do that anywhere and an online search hasn't shown me a specific location to find that? Where is it?

Same exact problem here, greyed out Generative Fill box. There's no way or location I've found anywhere in my Adobe account to enter birthday, I've installed the latest available update in my CC: Adobe Photoshop Version: 24.6.0 20230524.m.2185 0e7139d arm64

Why is this so difficult? Super disappointing to receive the promos about it but be unable to actually try it. I've quit, logged out of CC, uninstalled, reinstalled, updated and still nothing.

Hello, while using the beta version of the Photoshop application, I receive a message about my age (being under 18 years old) and the inability to access the new features. I can't find any information on my account to verify or confirm my age. However, regular payments are being deducted from my bank card. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

When I click on "Generative Fill" I get this popup. This is incorrect. Is it a bug, or does my account have the wrong DoB? I can't see where DoB is set, or even visible...

Setting your DOB to use Generative Fill
If you find that Generative Fill is greyed out for you, it is possible that you may not have a valid Date of Birth associated with your Adobe ID account. To update your Date of Birth, you can do any of the following:
• Log into Behance with your Adobe ID and enter your Date of Birth.
• Log into your Adobe account and enter your Date of Birth. To learn more, see Error: "Not eligible to use Creative Cloud services".
Once your Date of Birth is up to date, relaunch the Photoshop (beta) app to enable Generative Fill.

Cuando intento hacer el relleno generativo en la versión beta de Photoshop me dice: "Esta función solo la pueden utilizar los usuarios mayores de 18 años. Según su cuenta, todavía no tiene esa edad".

Pero soy mayor de edad desde hace 12 años... ¿Cómo lo puedo verificar? ¿El hecho de tener una cuenta de estudiante -porque estoy estudiando- ya lo automatiza como que soy menor?

I recently got a free trial to try the generative fill features on Photoshop Beta and it is not allowing me to because it says I am not 18 years of age. I am 21 years of age and my email has this correct 2002 birthday, I have scoured the settings and the web to find where to change it and can't find anything. Suggestions?

@Kevin Stohlmeyer @CShubert Thanks for all your effords. It looks like according to CC desktop app (updated today) I should be up to date and nothing showing as pending. Never before have I been disappointed to see that status 😄

HI @Tarja P. at WSOY one last question from me - is your CC desktop app itself howing that you have an update for the CCD app?

Click the cloud icon inside the app - if there is a pending update to the desktop app itself it may not be showing up to date info.
