Olá, aqui não estava aparecendo nenhuma atualização para realizar, então eu fui na aba superior da creative cloud na barra superior esquerda ao lado de Inicio, depois em ajuda>verificar atualizações e ai então depois de um tempo apareceu a atualização. atualizei e voltou a abrir e funcionar a IA. Obrigada!

Olá...também estava com esse problema há alguns dias (o PS BETA) não abria! Hoje, finalmente, depois da atualização, tudo voltou a funcionar e pelo que tenho visto até agora, com muitas melhorias!
Thanks for the update. The issue you ran into is different than the one that was fixed last night. We believe your issue is one that affects some Mac ARM customers; thank you for providing System info and please do submit the crash report to Adobe.
The turnaround on this is likely to be similar to the last issue; 48 hours; thanks for your patience while we work through the issues with the Beta. In the meantime, production Photoshop does not have these issues.

i've just discovered if you have tab open using a different file format such as JEPG then it allows you to open Tiff files! Both from lightroom, using 'edit in photoshop' & manually opening a Tiff from a direct location. Really weird! Hope this helps some people as a work around.

After installing the latest update, I still can't open photoshop on my 1st desktop. So I installed it on my 2nd desktop I just bought that has pretty much nothing on it. It worked fine initially，I only use it for generative AI. I think i closed it and then I logged onto facebook and google drive and somehow I get the same error message on my 1st desktop when I try to open it again

Hi @亦豐28321119e2ey does your first desktop meet minimum system requirements? Especially RAM and HD space.
On your second, go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.

If you are on Windows, and have non-roman letters used in your user name on your computer, the patch that we released on 8/20 won't work. Rather than advise changing your username, I'll say to wait until Thursday night/Friday morning for the update to come out.

Wenn du in der Creative Cloud App auf Beta Appliationen gehst und dann neben Photoshop Beta auf die drei Punkte gehen. Da kannst du dann ältere Versionen installieren. Problem dabei: Generative Fill funktioniert in den alten Version nicht mehr, dazu brauchst du die neueste Version. Bei mir halt folgender Fix geholfen, damit die neueste Version nicht abstürzt: Wechsel des Farbprofil auf meinem externen Monitor. Ich hatte bisher ein spezielles Monitor Profil, nachdem ich auf ein Standardprofil (Adobe RGB) gewechselt habe, stürzt die Beta nicht mehr ab.

Vielen Dank. Den Farbprofil- Tip hatte ich schon gelesen und meine beiden Motinore getrennt und das Profil auf RGB Display P3 gewechselt ... leider ohne Erfolg.

I've already updated Beta to the latest version, but I still can't open it, it shows an Error and then shuts down directly. Since I can't launch Photoshop at all, I can't select Help > System Info either. Now I'm stuck, and I feel extremely frustrated.

If this doesn't help try to uninstall Photoshop Beta using the Adobe Creative Cloud Application. When asked, keep preferences! After this reinstall Photoshop Beta again.
If this doesn't help try the reinstallation with removing the preferences also.
What is the Windows username on that system? Does it contain extended ASCII characters? We have a known issue that extended characters in the Documents folder path will not load. We should be releasing a fix for this in 24 to 48 hours, so if you have the option to wait for testing until then, that might be the best strategy; use the full production version until then, or, if you're more inclined, and your username DOES have an extended ascii character in there, you could login under a different user account and see if that works.

I got the same dialogue box "An unrecoverable problem has occurred. photoshop will now exit" today when I tried to transfer an edited file from Lightroom Classic to Photoshop 2024. The newly updated Photoshop beta version does not open. So, I uninstall the updated Photoshop beta and re-install it again. It still does not opeｎ. Does anyone know what is the UNRECOVERABLE problem ? How can I fix it ? ＰＬＥＡＳＥ ＨＥＬＰ．
