PS hangs when using the repair tool

Whenever I use the repair tool, PS hangs. I can select an area to repair, but as soon as I click inside the selected area PS hangs. Tested a couple of times (rebooted, waited a day and so on...). It's consistent in hanging. Working on Windows 10.

Thanks for the report! Can you provide more details on what you mean by the Repair tool? Feel free to provide a screenshot as well if you can.
