Some of the Ai driven tools in Photoshop are reasonably hard on machine resources, so your best way to 'upgrade' their performance would be:
Use the best computer hardware you can access.
Use the best Internet connection you can access.
Research and learn as much as you can about the best ways to use those tools. I don't know how that would work with your Korean language, but:
Keep selection size down to 1024 x 1024 pixels or less. I believe this is going to be increased, but the larger the selection you ask Generate Fill to process, the longer it will take.
Think about the shape of the objects you ask Generate Fill to create, and shape your selectioon accordingly. This will make a big difference to how subbessful you are.
Be aware of Generate Credits and don't waste them. If you have the Photography Plane, that gives you just 100 credits a month.
With the above in mind, don't use Generative Fill to fix an area if it is not the best tool for the job. Content Aware Fill often does a better, and faster, job than Generative Fill in my experience, and does not burn up your credits.
The best sites for making the most of the Ai tools are these below. If YouTube can provide Korean subtitles you will get an excellent grounding in making the best of these tools.
