Adobe's generative AI is still in Beta and cannot be used for commercial purposes whilst at that beta stage.

Then you will know that the terms of the beta for AI are that generated images are for personal use only and not for commercial use.

So yes, you can test and contribute to development, but you cannot use those generated images for your business.

No doubt that model will change when it moves from beta to release.

Yes I think these are the common terms and conditions for most Of the companies

If you have a subscription, just go to the CC desktop application and look for the beta section. From there you can download and use the beta version of Photoshop which includes generative fill.

I THINK (but maybe I misunderstand) that you are looking to get Adobe to develop a special AI system (private) for your company. I can tell you that is not how Adobe do business (but I do not speak officially).

Adobe's current AI does not specifically place clothing images onto a blank dummy no. Whether that is developed in the future I do not know (I don't work for Adobe).
