Hi everyone, very pleased to be here and I hope somebody can help...

I installed the PS-Beta 2 days ago, but when I began using it, I realised that ALL my thumbnails are broken.

This first image is of my OneDrive camera roll (displayed in Chrome):-

thumb 1.jpg ...and this one is from Adobe Bridge:-

thumb 2.jpg

NB I changed Bridge file associations for jpegs back to Photoshop 2023 to no avail;

and finally this is how my thumbnails now appear in the finder (Windows 11):-

thumb 3.jpg

Apologies for the length of this post, but I am completely stumped. I've uninstalled the PS-Beta a couple of times, rolled the version back, but nothing has ressurected my thumbs.

I've never seen the jpeg icon with what seems to be an archive box before.

Anybody here have any ideas?

Thanks, Mike

seems more like an OS issue to me. Were those files generated before or after you installed the beta?
