In my pc when I do a generative fill, it doesn't show me the result in the photo but only the previews
 and when I go to enlarge them the fill is all ruined in large pixels and nothing is visible

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
