Anyone else having trouble accessing the new AI Beta on photoshop? I was sent a link to download but when I click it just takes me to a blank page. I've logged out of all of my current Creative Cloud projects and restarted my computer and still can't access. Wondering if it's just a bug in the system or something on my end that I need to address?
Hi @chasegyles Why is the Generative Fill button not available?
If you find that Generative Fill is greyed out for you, it is possible that you may not have a valid Date of Birth associated with your Adobe ID account. To update your Date of Birth, you can do any of the following:
• Log into Behance with your Adobe ID and enter your Date of Birth.
• Log into your Adobe account and enter your Date of Birth. To learn more, see Error: "Not eligible to use Creative Cloud services".
Once your Date of Birt
Hi @Rlehnhardt you are asking your admin to allow access to software within a 30-day release window.
https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/manage-self-service-policies.html
If they dont have this set, it means you wont be able to access new software until 30 days after its released, which puts you in a bind with beta software - you will always be behind in releases.

Thanks for reaching out.
Which version of Photoshop Beta are you using? How are you trying to use it?
Please ensure you have installed version 24.6 to access Generative Fill.
Generative Fill is currently available in the Photoshop (beta) app as part of existing subscriptions to active Photoshop subscribers and trial users over 18. Generative Fill is not available for commercial use.
Please try re-installing and let us know how it goes.
Best,
Ranjisha

Hello, Ranjisha,
When you say "Generative Fill is not available for commercial use" do you mean Adobe Enterprise ?

Yes, I'm up to date on the latest version and have been a subscriber for years. It's odd, when I try to access any of the apps from the Creative Cloud page it goes to the same blank white page. It's incrdibly frustrating, and still doing the same thing today

I hit a similar issue. Found the best way was to open CC Desktop, go to Beta apps under Categories. There is a list of Beta apps available to install. I hope that helps.

Hi @Brook Bradbury are you on an Enteprise or otherwise managed account (educational, teams, etc.) if so your Admin has to grant rights to see/download beta apps. You'll need to contact your plan adminstrator to allow.

Hello, I have contacted my IT department because I have the enterprise version and they have told me that they do not know how to activate the beta versions from the Adobe console

Hi @Oscar30130015z7e6 your IT can access via the Admin console. They can find the details here under "Enable Install of Beta Apps" in the following documentation.

This doesn't work. There's no place to change DOB in my Adobe account, in my Behance profile, or anywhere. I am on an Enterprise account so that may affect it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hi @chasegyles we're checking with the team to see if Enterprise customers are controlled by their Admin console and information tied to your account.

Hello @Kevin Stohlmeyer id like to add myself to the list of people with this problem. I am also an Enterprise account, I am a teacher at a Trade School.
I have been able to access the Generative Tools in the adobe Beta for months, but now all of a sudden they are grayed out. I cant make a Behance account because I get a "You dont have access to this Product"notification when i try to access Behance.com

Hi @Rlehnhardt your admin will be able to assist you - since you are in a managed environment, you need to have them allow access to the beta and allow access to software within a 30-day release window. Otherwise you're stuck. Its also why you cant access Behance which is odd for an educational institution to not allow access to that...

I cannot find anywhere in Behance or my adobe account to input a date of birth. I am on a regular plan, not on an Enterprise plan.

Be aware that if you have previously entered a DOB and you are underage, the date cannot be changed. If you have not previously added age verification, and cannot enter your age verification via Behance, Adobe Customer Care can assist you. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and log into the site. Click the chat pod on the bottom right and type AGENT to get a real person who can help. Be patient 1:1 customer care puts you in a queue. Or you can reach out on Twitter at AdobeCare
