I have the same question, I think...

I used to copy photo or image files from Explorer (I'm using Windows 10) and paste them directly into a canvas in Photoshop. I always did this using Ctrl+C to copy the image from a folder and Ctrl+V to paste it into an open Photoshop file. But now, I can't do it anymore. Can anyone help me?

I'm also having the same problem. I'm trying to remove a background with the magic wand.  Everything is selected and I hit ctrl x, as usual, and it says something like "you can not cut, paste etc until you allow Clipboard Permissions, which I can't find anywhere.
