Can't seem to duplicate while holding down the window + alt and using arrows key, it moves the entire Photoshop window across my screens instead of actually duplicate and nudge my image.

Hi @huichio45206723 are you using the latest Ps beta: Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.2.0 20231014.m.2363 a76db7f x64?
Please share your workflow, what steps are you trying to do and what are you seeing...
It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

You are absolutely NOT holding down the Windows key and not Alt? Sorry. Had to ask, and that would produce what you described.
