Export Artboard - "An unknown error accured"

In Photoshop Beta 25.1.0

While exporting an Artboard through the layers context menu, "An unknown error accured" shows up. This only happens when there is at least one artboard in the document or if the artboard was ungrouped. Same error by selecting any layer in the artboard or outside the artboard, or without the artboard (after being ungrouped). It doesn't happen before creating an artboard. None of the artboard or the layers are empty.

The error doesn't show up in Photoshop 25.0.

Resetting doesn't resolve the issue.

However uninstalling and reinstalling by removing settings does resolve the issue.

But when setting Use legacy "Export As" under Preferences/Export/Options, the error comes back.
