Generating faces?

Hello, I have been generally impressed with the ability for generate fill to remove objects in complicated scenarios, it does a very good job most of the time. However, when it comes to generating faces it seems that it does not work so well.

I've tried a number of times, different keywords, but no luck. Does anyone know any tricks?

I have a comparrison here between Photoshop and Stable Diffusion. To be fair my SD setup is pretty detailed and so I can get very good realistic people, but with photoshop I don't know what to do.
