Generative fill bug

I have been using generative fill right up until the latest update yesterday 7/27/23.  I now get an error message practically every time I use it.  Nothing has changed in my system, but the feature is no longer functional

    What error message do you get?

    When I do small generative fills (1024x1024), or in that range, everything works fine. But when i do much larger ones, i get the message "Something went wrong. Please try again. [408]"
    I checked free scratch disk space, and I am just over 1.5TB, so I don't think that is the problem.

    This problem just appeared yesterday 07/27/23. Before that I never had that error message. Screenshot included.
