It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Hi all, generative fill greyed out on 24.7 build here. Any resolution yet?

Hello @CShubert, so after sending the log file to Adobe and conducting a remote screen share session with their support team, they managed to fix the issue miraculously. We basically closed the app, uploaded the log files via our cloud share facility on CC, support did some digging, we opened up the app and there it was.. Generative fill was working again.

... and then, I open the app up this morning and it's greyed out again. 

Any suggestions?

Hello @Kevin Stohlmeyer, yes, it's set on RGB mode and on the RGB channel. I've tried different modes, bit depths, file types, resolutions, etc. Nothing seems to activate the generative fill feature.

@CShubert - we'll have to wait until Sunday for this as our IT team has already left the office for the week.

Hello @CShubert , from my understanding from our IT team, nothing has changed with our connection, network, firewall settings, etc. The majority of the Adobe CC users tend to have some limitations but, we (the Graphic Designers - x4), have very few limitations with our firewall or network incoming/outgoing connection.

As of today, we have 1 user working with the feature and 9 not working.  All computers are on the same network. I'll raise this once more with our IT and conduct an in detail investigation with our users and network and get back to you.

I'm not sure why, but I feel this may be related to our Adobe CC business plan and the issue that none of us can alter our DOB setting on our Adobe/Behnace profiles even though I was told by an Adobe agent that it may not be the case since it was working perfectly last week.
