Hello,
Generative fill responds very slowly if at all today.
Any idea what's going on ?
It take a couple of minutes or reports server error.
Thanks !

It appears they don't care. The subscription is paid, and they continue to attract new customers by promoting the feature on their Instagram, even though it only works one out of five times.

They kept testing my patience by asking me to monitor for 5 days and schedule a call after that. I gave up after a few calls when nothing is resolved except asking me to monitor.

Just a guess, but is it possible the credit count has kicked in for people who don't have a creative cloud account and they have run out of credicts? When that happens, Gen Fill/Expand is supposed to slow down until credits are refreshed. Just a guess. Paid CC accounts have until January 1 before they start tracking credits.

My account is 'creative cloud all app', which is the highest plan that allows me access to all apps and unlimited credit count. I paid so much per month, only to be denied access to one of the most useful AI functions.

Hm. I don't think it's unlimited. It tops out at 1000. But yes, if you are paying for the complete plan, you should have unlimited GF/E's until January 1, when they start counting your usage.

Just checked, I got 969 credits left. They have already started deducting my crdits before 1 Jan. Another disappointment from me.

As I understand it, they did in fact start keeping a tally but it won't be applied to your total. I think they're just making sure the count-down works.

Generative fill is taking forever then times-out at the end of green progress bar. This is really annoying, as I'm on a client deadline and can't get it to work.
**UPDATE** I contacted Adobe Support. They were very helpful and fixed the problem. They removed and then reinstalled Photoshop and that did the trick. Seems like a windows update somehow blocked communication with Adobe servers.
