will the new live gaussian blur work with windows?

• Once I go to "Preferences > Technology Previews to enable this feature,"  where/how do I enable it.  I don't see anyhting in particualr to check to make it work.

I have no idea what you are saying.  I wasn't being disrespectful.  I figure I'm doing something wrong and wanted to find out the right way to do it.  What duplicates?

It looks like they are having issues with it on Windows, and had pulled it, till they get some things resolved.
