LrC - Ps Beta-LrC crashing

Explorer ,
Aug 29, 2025 Aug 29, 2025

I open an image in LrC do some editing then open in Ps(Beta), edit in there and save back to LrC as a PSD.

SEelecting the image in LrC from the already open winmdow, either crashes LrC or makes the whole PC crash.

I get the Adobe Crash Error message and duly report, but nothing has changed.

Any advice people?

@Porlus

I've moved your post from Creative Cloud Desktop to the Photoshop Beta forum.

Please tell us your versions of PS Beta, LRC, and OS.

Jane

Hi @Porlus ,

Sorry to hear that you are facing the crash.

Are your drivers updated? Inorder for us to investigate further, can you please share these logs :

  • C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom\Logs\LrClassicLogs\
  • C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom\Logs\lrc_app.log
  • C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\lrc_console.log
  • C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\Logs\
  • System info (Lightroom Classic -> Help -> System info). Copy all this to a text file

You can add all of these files into a folder , zip it and attach it here.

Thanks,

Arjun

Hi @Porlus

We haven't received any crash reports from the email addresses listed above.

Just to confirm, are you still experiencing the crash even with version 15.0.1?

If the issue persists, please submit the crash report again and let me know.

Thanks,

Arjun

By @Porlus

You are correct. The forum software does not accept ZIP files.
