Yikes! I can't save my work. I've been working on a file for a client for a few hours, and can't save or save as or anything. It opens the save as / save for dialog and then just... nothing.
I took a screenshot of the current state artwork for posterity.
Update: I am able to save layers as PSDs, so I will open them as layers in Photoshop 2023. It loses all the vector smart objects and effects, but that's easy to recreate.
