In phototshop beta 24.2.0 neural filters do not work. I get the message that the filter has been disabled due to an error.

    Backdrop Neural Filter is grayed out - MAC Photoshop Beta 24.2.  Will not turn on - no download indicator.

    Hi  there, I can't use the background generate feature in the neural filters. I'm usinga Macbook Pro so not sure why the option to switch it on after downlaoding is greyed out.

      Photoshop is using the most recent version.

      Most of the neural filters work normally.

       

      Only the 'landscape filter' doesn't work!!

       

      How can i solve it?

       

      1. I have deleted and reinstalled the program several times.

      2. I also tried removing the plugin directory several times.
