No tools work in Photoshop 26.0.0 on Mac Laptop

When I launch Photoshop it only shows the "fist(hand)" tool and won't do anything else. The fist can move the canvas around the screen. I can still save my work and restart the program, but upon restart, it does that again. This only began since I downloaded 26.0.0. yesterday. Can anyone help me?

No. But since original post, I redownloaded and installed PS Beta 26.1.0 and it's now working as well as Photoshop 2025. So all's well that ends well. Thank you so much for your response. I appreciate it.
