Not able to download Fresco files in order to migrate to a new Adobe CC account.

Some Fresco files download and others do not. I tried Adobe CC support phone call, but they were not too helpful. I was able to open some with Adobe Photoshop Cloud (Beta), but I was not able to save as, in order to capture the PSD file to my local or alternative cloud drive.
