not able to use generative fill, internet problem

The whole purpose of buying photoshop is to use generative fill and other salient features.

but for the last 2 days if am trying to use generative fill it is always saying that there is no internet connection.

I have 100MBPS internet yet it isn't working

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
