Thank you @yeeun5F94 could you share what your workflow was when you saw this? Are you still seeing this error and do you get the same error with Ps release version?

Try resetting Prefs for the Beta:
/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/ Photoshop Beta Settings (Mac Ventura)
/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/Adobe\ Photoshop\ \(Beta\)\ Settings (Mac)

Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut
With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.

The function I use is [Fill Generative].

On the keyboard, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt(Win)/Shift+ Command+Option (Mac), and then run it, but it failed as before.

Thank you for the update @yeeun5F94 , what happens if you use the Contextual Task Bar/Generative Fill workflow, do you seee the same error?

We see you have both a personal and business Adobe ID... which account is this giving you the issue?  If it is the business one it is possible for your IT Admin to block the GenAI technology.  If that is the case, have them look at this doc for more info:

It's not what you said either. It's a business account, but the administrator didn't block it. When I checked with the company, it seems to be an ip address security problem. It is possible to connect to the Internet through a hotspot and does not work when connecting to the company's internal network. Should I talk about this issue with the company's security team?
