Photoshop (Beta) - crashes

The software crashes every time in the middle of work.

Plus I have a question about Firefly... Does it work at all? Because with the click of the start work button, a white page opens

On the crashing side, does it freeze or just close down? Is there an error message?
Give the full details of your computer specs.

On Firefly, I noticed it wasn't loading earlier. Seems OK now. Is that issue still happening for you?

It freezes for a few seconds and then just closes. There is no error message. Work cannot be saved. I did a passport again, so far not closing, but taking a long time each action, relative to my previous habits.

Firefly has not been working for at least a week and even now has not opened. I work with Chrome.

Firefly is working for me now. it may bee be getting updates(a gusess). i'd just say try again later.

Hi all, please make sure you have updated to the latest Ps beta: Adobe Photoshop Version: 24.7.0 20230628.m.2223 0770f83 x64, and see if this solves this issue.
