Hi everyone,
Since two days ago, Generative Fill has stopped working for me in Photoshop Beta (it started on version 26.9). I keep getting the error message: “There was a problem with your request. Please try again later.”
I updated to the latest version (26.11), but the error is still there. I noticed something interesting: in the new version there’s an option to switch the Firefly model. If I choose Firefly 1 (2023), everything works fine. But if I use Firefly 3 (2024), I get the same error every time.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known issue with Firefly 3, or something on my side (network, account, credits, etc.)? I’d really appreciate any advice, because I specifically need to work with the Firefly 3 model.
Thanks in advance!

Same for me - Generative Fill has stopped in both Photoshop (26.10) and Photoshop Beta 2 days ago.
Photoshop Beta allows to switch into Firefly 1 and work, but in main Photoshop there's no such option!

Okay, you might know if this is a widespread issue?

Hi. Please tell me when I can expect a response from the beta developers. Based on the responses, this is not just a problem for me

Yes, it could be a widespread glitch that the 3rd model doesn't work

I have this problem in the main version of Photoshop, and I also have to switch to Firefly 1 in order to continue working. Previously, I had to roll back to version 25 of Photoshop in order to work, and only now have I noticed the option to select the Firefly model. While I can work with the first version, I would prefer to use the third version.
